Return Policy

• Opened CDs: Gateway Music Ministry will not accept returns or issue refunds for CDs that have been opened or had their shrink wrap removed. This applies unless the item is defective.

• Defective or damaged items: If a CD is warped, scratched, or skips, it can typically be exchanged for an identical, working copy.

• Unopened CDs: An unopened and sealed CD can usually be returned for a full refund within a 30 days.

• Art Prints: If print is defective, Gateway Music Ministry will refund or replace item for up to 30 days after delivered
